1. I think something isn't working right ...
QUESTION - Why is my Time Capsule recording not playing back?
ANSWER - Long recordings could sometimes take a bit of time to load before they can be played. Shorter recordings should playback instantaneously.
QUESTION - Why is the text transcription missing for a Time Capsule recording?
ANSWER - There might be service interruptions and delays in fully converting a recording to a text transcription. Sometimes, if a recording is too short or there is a lot of background noise for proper processing to take place, the recording will not come with a text transcription. All recordings can still be played back even if any transcription is missing, though, so you can still playback and listen to the full content of your Time Capsules as audio/voice recordings.
2. I want to cancel or request for a refund ...
QUESTION - How do I cancel my evrmore subscription for iPhone?
ANSWER - You can cancel any and all of your current iPhone app subscriptions by following the instructions from Apple Support
QUESTION - Can you provide a refund directly?
ANSWER - Sadly, here at evrmore, we don't have access to Apple's App Store's subscription or billing details for app users to cancel or refund these purchases.
Apple App Store has a separate system for billing and payment information, we kindly ask that you visit the Apple App Store customer care department for more information about your account status and to arrange a refund: https://support.apple.com/contact or by calling their support number in your region.

3. I'm confused about the different subscriptions/plans ...
QUESTION - Is evrmore free to use?
ANSWER - Yes! If you have downloaded and installed the evrmore app, you can skip ahead during the initial setup to stay on a free plan. The free plan lets everyone use evrmore to save and keep Time Capsule recordings like a voice journal, plus insights on thought patterns and general moods based on these recordings. There are also two different paid plans for the evrmore app that come with extra features.
QUESTION - Are there paid plans that come with extra features?
ANSWER - Yes! In addition to the free plan, there are also two different paid plans for the evrmore app - EMBARK and PATHFINDER. See more details here >
QUESTION - Can I switch between the two paid plans easily?
ANSWER - Yes, you can! Just open the App Store app on your phone and tap on your own photo to manage all your subscriptions, including the one you have for the evrmore app. You can see your current evrmore plan and upgrade/downgrade your plan.
